ABOUT US

Originally, our firm was established under the name of Messrs Suhaily Hussain & Co. on 1^st October 2019 by Ms. Suhaily Binti Hussain being the sole proprietor of the firm. The firm was later joined by Ms. Arni Roswani Binti Sa’bar Noralamin as the partner on 1^st October 2020, hence, we decided to change our firm’s name to Messrs Suhaily, Arni & Co. Subsequently, with the admission of new partners, our firm evolved and changes its name to Messrs Arni Attilla & Partners. Our firm is currently jointly managed by Ms Arni Roswani Binti Sa’bar Noralamin, Ms Engku Attilla Binti Engku Mohd Azhari and Ms Suhaily Binti Hussain.

Our firm provides a whole spectrum of legal services covering litigation, banking, family law, employment law, corporate, probate and administration and conveyancing matters. Our partner’s collective experiences include adjudication proceedings under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA), general litigation, debt recovery, foreclosure, employment law, matrimonial proceedings, will and probate, business acquisitions, joint ventures and conveyancing matters.
